Raw Mixed Nuts, Transition to Organic

Ready to enjoy as is, this mostly organic raw nut mix (the almonds are currently in transition to organic) is great added to dried fruit; in sweet and savoury recipes; raw food treats; and home-baked goods.

• Add to muesli; smoothies; acai bowls; and oat or quinoa porridge.
• Activate raw nuts by soaking in water for 12 hours, before slowly dehydrating at a very low heat.
• Soaked nuts are great for dairy-free fresh mixed nut mylk – just drain, blend with 6 parts water (optional: add a little honey or coconut nectar &/or a pinch of himalayan salt), then strain through a clean cloth. Nut mylk will keep for several days, refrigerated in an airtight jar.
• Pop some in a reusable jar as a yummy gift for someone special.
