DIRECTIONS

Clear the nasal passageway by gently blowing your nose before use.
For Children 4 and up: Insert nozzle into nostril and squeeze bottle while breathing in through your nose. Remove nozzle from nostril before allowing the bottle to re-inflate. Spray 2 - 4 times in each nostril.

For Infants and Toddlers under 4: Lie child on back, tilt bottle upside down allowing the solution to drop into the nostrils. Place 2 - 4 drops in each nostril.

Use at least twice daily - morning and night.

TIP: If nose is completely blocked, lie down for 5 minutes after spraying.
