Helps harmonise and balance menstrual cycle, eg. for rhythm disturbance, painful periods, PMT.

Can be used during menopause, puberty, when stopping the Pill, after breastfeeding.

Directions

Naturally cloudy. Shake the bottle.

12 years to adult: Take 15 drops 3 times daily at least 15 minutes before meals except during periods.

Take for 3-6 months. Or as directed by your health care professional.

Ingredients

1g (approx. 15 drops) contains:

Infusion, equiv. dry plant:
Achillea millefolium, flower 40mg
Capsella bursa-pastoris, herb 30mg
Urtica dioica, flower 20mg

Decoction, % w/w equiv. dry plant:
Origanum majorana, fruit 60mg
Quercus robur, bark 50mg

In water/ethanol base.
