Valerian, originally from Asia and Europe, has been traditionally used as a deeply relaxing tonic for mind and body. A calming warm tea, with strong herbal, sweet notes to be enjoyed just before bed!

DIRECTIONS

Serving size: 1 teaspoon (2.5g) per cup
Water temperature: 100°C
Steeping time: 2 - 10 minutes. The longer the steeping time, the stronger the tea.
* Steeping time may vary depending on personal taste.

Strain and add honey to sweeten if desired.
