T'ang Lapsang Souchong Tea 200g

Lapsang souchong is a black tea consisting of Camellia Sinensis leaves that are smoke-dried over a pinewood fire. A delicious smoky flavoured black tea enjoyed by many. Also used in stock for soups, stews and sauces or otherwise as a spice or seasoning.

Directions

Use 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon per cup and the purest boiled water you can.
Ideally tea is made with 85°C water rather than boiling.

Store in an airtight container away from heat.
