Vitamin B-12 (as cyanocobalamin) 60mcg
Calcium (as calcium carbonate, citrate & naturally occurring) 536mg
Magnesium (as magnesium oxide, amino acid complex & succinic acid complex) 250mg
Zinc (as zinc citrate) 7.5mg
Copper (as copper sebacate) 238mcg
Manganese (as manganese citrate) 2.5mg
Betaine Hydrochloride 165mg
Boron (as boron citric acid/aspartic acid/glycine complex) 1.5mg
Other Ingredients: gelatin (capsule), silica, and magnesium stearate.
