Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) 788mg
Magnesium (as magnesium citrate) 50mg
Quercetin 1g
Bromelain (2,000 G.D.U. per gram) 300mg

Other Ingredients: gelatin (capsule) and magnesium stearate.
