Herbs and vegetables are gently dried and mixed subsequently with unrefined sea salt for an herbal salt for everyday use. Very aromatic flavor.

It makes a delicious salad dressing, just add a dash of extra virgin olive oil, a sprinkling of herb salt and toss. Also fantastic sprinkled over eggs, avocado toast, and vegetable dishes; or for curd cheese with herbs.
