Based on the Japanese 'furikake' concept this seasoning will bring a boost of nutrients and deeper flavour to every meal, but without all the nasty artificial ingredients. The taste is slightly salty, but with lower sodium.

How To Use

Transform rice, roasted, blanched or raw vegetables. Use in savoury baking.
Sprinkle it on dips such as humus.
Use as a garnish on pasta or noodles or stir fries, salads, poke bowls, fish or chicken, soups.

Ingredients

Sesame Seeds, Seaweeds , Raw Sugar, Salt, Spices (Capsicum), Sunflower Oil, Soy Sauce Powder, Spice Extracts.

This seaweed is harvested from an organically certified area and is Eco-cert Certified.

Tested for contaminants according to the ANZ Food Standards Code.

Storage

Store furikake seasoning in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Please seal securely once opened to preserve freshness and keep moisture out as seaweeds are hygroscopic (they absorb moisture from the atmosphere around them).
