Directions

Adults take 1-2 capsules daily. Preferably with food.

Ingredients

Each capsule contains active ingredients: Ashwagandha 80mg (equiv. to withania somnifera dry root 2000mg), Valerian 40mg (equiv. to valeriana officinalis dry root 240mg), Magnesium 550mg (from magnesium amino acid chelate), Hops 10mg (equiv. to dry flower 350mg), Tart Cherry 25mg (equiv. to dry fruit 625mg), 5-HTP 40mg (from griffonia simplicifolia).

Also contains encapsulating aids.
