Naturo Pharm Arnica 30c Tablet
The homoeopathic remedy Arnica Montana is manufactured from the herb commonly known as Leopards Bane. It is perhaps the most widely known and used homoeopathic remedy.
Arnica assists the body's natural response to shock, injury, fatigue and bruising and aids normal muscle recovery after strenuous exercise or exertion. Aids normal defence mechanisms in times of trauma and after surgery.

Arnica is available in liquid, spray and tablet forms.
For best results, use both the oral and topical forms together.
DOSAGE
Acute: 2 tablets per dose every 15 minutes for up to 6 doses then 3 times per day as required.
Chronic: 2 tablets per dose 3 times per day as required.
Suck the tablets for 1 or 2 minutes then either dispose of tablets or chew and swallow.
