Lifestream Fibre Biotics is a unique natural fibre formula with prebiotics and probiotics to support the maintenance of healthy intestinal bacteria and ensure regular bowel movements. It contains natural psyllium husks that when used as part of a balanced and varied diet contribute to bowel regularity. Fibre Biotics also provide critical pre and pro-biotics to support digestion.

Directions

Adults: 1/2 teaspoon per day, up to 1 teaspoon twice daily
Children 6-12yrs: 1/3 teaspoon daily
Children 1-6yrs: Half of the child dose

Mix into a large glass of water or juice, stir well and consume immediately. Follow with another glass of water or juice. Best taken ½ hour before or after food.

Increase water intake while taking additional dietary fibre.

It is recommended to start with a low dose and build up gradually to suit.

Psyllium husks 1.56g

Inulin prebiotic 0.67g
Probiotic cultures (270 million CFU) 0.01g
- Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Lactobacillus plantarum, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus acidophilus

No added gluten, wheat, flavours, sugar or artificial sweeteners.
May contain traces of dairy or soy.

Precautions

• Fibre may slow the absorption of some medications, ensure product is taken away from medication.
• Please ensure adequate water is taken.
