Harker Herbals Kidney Tonic is a cleansing and naturally antiseptic herbal tonic to support healthy kidney function and fluid balance.
This plant-based blend is formulated to help cleanse harmful wastes and urinary irritants from the body. Rich in hydrangea, which supports clarification of the tubules in the kidney. This tonic also supports repair of tissues.

Directions
Shake bottle vigorously prior to each dose. Take straight or in 20mls of mineral spring water as a tea. Avoid coffee or tea for ¼ hour before and after dose. Swill before swallowing.
To accustom to product take a ¼ to ½ dose for the first 2 or 3 days.
Adults take 5-10ml three to four times daily, pre-meals.
Dietary advice
Avoid - mucus-forming foods such as gluten, egg-white, chocolate, sugar, dairy, polyunsaturated oils, regular salt.
Adopt - gluten-free grain foods, whole foods (greens, fruits, nuts, seeds), unprocessed coconut oil, 1022 Celtic & NZ Sea Salt with kelp, oxygen-rich water.

Marshmallow (Althaea officinalis - The root)

Carrageen (Irish Moss) (Chondrus crispus)
Plus: Celtic sea salt, citric acid, ethanol alcohol (99.9% pure grain alcohol), vegetable glycerine, organic iodine, U.V. light-treated rain water
