Harker Herbals Iron Tonic is a non-constipating herbal iron formula that provides a natural source of elemental iron from Curry Leaf, blended with blackberry and other botanicals to support healthy red blood cell formulation and energy. Directions
Adults over 12 years: Take 10mls three times daily. Take this tonic straight, or added to 50ml of boiled water as a tea.
Shake well before use. Swill in mouth for 10 seconds before swallowing if possible.
Children under 12 years and pregnant or breastfeeding women may take Harker Herbals Iron Boost.
Dietary Advice
Adopt: gluten-free grain foods, whole foods (greens, fruits nuts, seeds), unprocessed coconut oil and Celtic & NZ Sea Salt with Kelp. Take your dose with a snack or meal that includes Vitamin C such as kiwifruit, citrus fruits, broccoli or tomatoes. Vitamin C helps iron absorption.
Avoid: mucus forming foods such as gluten, egg-white, chocolate, dairy, polyunsaturated oils and regular table salt. Best to avoid coffee, caffeinated drinks and foods high in calcium such as dairy products for at least an hour after taking Iron Tonic - these are iron inhibitors.

Dried herbs: Curry Leaf Powder 2670 mg (equiv 8 mg elemental iron), Horsetail 167 mg, Yellow Dock Root 167 mg, Oat Straw 83 mg, Kelp 33 mg, Cayenne Pepper Fruit 17 mg, Ginger Root 17 mg, Licorice Root 10 mg.
Essential oils: Spearmint 03004 ml, Aniseed 0.002ml, Lemon 0.002 ml.
In a base of: Purifed Water, Glycerine, Blackerry Juice Concentrate, Organic Brown Rice Syrup, Salt, Citric Acid, Irish Moss, Jojoba Oil.
