Directions
Shake bottle vigorously prior to each dose. Swill in the mouth for 10 seconds before swallowing if possible.
Adults over 12 years: Take 10mls two to three times daily.
With all his tonics, Malcolm Harker also recommended using Intestinal Cleanse for 1-2 weeks to reduce parasite populations. By reducing the load on the body of parasites, the body is able to use nutrients from food and the active ingredients in his tonics more efficiently.
Dietary Advice
Avoid - mucus-forming foods such as gluten, egg-white, chocolate, sugar, dairy, polyunsaturated oils, regular salt.
Adopt - gluten-free grain foods, whole foods (greens, fruits, nuts, seeds), unprocessed coconut oil, 1022 Celtic & NZ Sea Salt with kelp, oxygen-rich water.

Dried herbs: Valerian Root 655mg, Hawthorn Berry 500mg, Hawthorn Flower 500mg, Motherwort Herb 500mg, Cayenne Pepper Fruit Powder 42mg, Iodine 8.62mcg.
Essential oils: Aniseed Oil 0.003ml, Cinnamon Bark Oil 0.002ml, Clove Bud Oil 0.002ml, Coriander Seed Oil 0.002ml.
In a base of: Purified Water, Glycerine, Salt, Citric Acid, Irish Moss, Jojoba Oil.
