Directions
Shake bottle vigorously prior to each dose. Swill before swallowing.
Best taken straight can be taken in 50mls of boiled water as a tea.
Adults over 12 years: take 5-10 mls three to four times daily. Take one hour before meals.

Dietary Advice

Adopt - gluten-free grain foods, whole foods (greens, fruits, nuts, seeds), unprocessed coconut oil, Harkers Celtic & NZ Sea Salt with kelp, oxygen-rich water.

Dried herbs: Yellow Dock Root, Vervain, Horehound 138.89mg each, Marshmallow Root 69.44mg, Cayenne Pepper Fruit and Ginger Root 17.34mg each, Kumarahou Flower 13.89mg.
Essential oils: Aniseed, Clove Bud, Cinnamon Bark and Patchouli 0.001ml each, Orange 0.002ml, plus D Limonene Oil 0.002ml and Iodine 0.4167mcg.
In a base of: Vegetable Glycerine, Irish Moss, Jojoba Oil, Celtic Sea Salt, Citric Acid and Water
