Directions

Shake vigorously before use. Swill for 10 seconds before swallowing.
Best taken straight, or added to 50ml of boiled water as a tea.

Adults over 12 years: take 5-10mls four to six times daily.

Children 12 years and under may take Harker Herbals Children’s Deep Lung Support and Children's Chest Soothe Night.

Dietary advice

Avoid - mucus-forming foods such as gluten, egg-white, chocolate, sugar, dairy, polyunsaturated oils, regular salt.

Adopt - gluten-free grain foods, whole foods (greens, fruits, nuts, seeds), unprocessed coconut oil, 1022 Celtic & NZ Sea Salt with kelp, oxygen-rich water.

Dried herbs: Elecampane Root 156.25mg, White Horehound and Coltsfoot 104.17mg each, Pleurisy Root 20.83mg, Kumarahou Flower 3.79mg, Lobelia Inflata 31.23mg (lobeline content <10 ppm), Cayenne Pepper Fruit 9.39mg, Ginger Root 9.39mg, Licorice Root 5.23mg

Plus: Menthol 9.39mg, Iodine 0.21mcg.

Essential oils: Rosemary, Juniper Berry, Clove Bud, Pine Bark, Cedarwood, Lemon, Peppermint and Eucalyptus 0.0021ml each.

In a base of: Vegetable Glycerine, Irish Moss, Jojoba Oil, Celtic Sea Salt, Citric Acid and Water.
