Goodhealth Rapid Hydrate is designed to support cellular and overall hydration. With a precise electrolyte balance, it prioritises sodium and potassium in the optimal 5:1 ratio, while including magnesium and calcium in smaller amounts, reflecting natural sweat or fluid loss.

Dosage

Adults: Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet daily in at least 200 ml of water
Acute adult dose: Dissolve 1-2 effervescent tablets daily or as professionally advised

Teens from 12 years: For maintenance, dissolve ½ a tablet daily
Acute dose for teens from 12 years: Dissolve 1 tablet daily or as professionally advised
