Carob is a tropical pod that contains a sweet, edible pulp. Naturally sweet and nutritious, carob is gluten-free and caffeine-free. These carob coconut halves are a slightly different take on the old classic coconut rough, providing a chewy, toasted coconut smothered in smooth and creamy carob without any artificial colours or flavours.

Makes a delectable treat for the office, the kids, or mix with nuts and seeds for the ultimate energy mix.
