Black Peppercorns, Whole Organic 100g

Bursting with the familiar flavour we all know and love, peppercorns are typically picked when almost ripe and sun-dried when it is processed. Whole peppercorns are particularly valuable as they do not lose flavour or fragrance over time like pre-ground pepper is known to do.

HOW TO USE

• Grind whole black peppercorns and add the freshly released flavour into any dish; you can be sure the dish will be delicious.
• Add black peppercorns last to dishes that have a long cooking time. Adding the black peppercorns near the end of the cooking process will ensure the excellent flavours are preserved.
• For pan-searing or grilling dishes, the black peppercorns can be added just prior to the cooking process.
