Deep Sleep is a blend of herbs and nutrients to nurture a good night's sleep. With lavender, chamomile, passionflower, Californian poppy and tart cherry, Deep Sleep boasts lightly sedative qualities as well as supporting the body's natural production of melatonin - our sleep hormone.

DIRECTIONS
Take 3 x capsules daily, with food in the evening.

Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine HCL) 5mg

PRECAUTIONS
- Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- Do not take with warfarin or other blood thinning medication such as warfarin.
- Take caution that many of the sedating herbs in this product can enhance the effects of sedative medications i.e. benzodiazepines.
