Absolute Essential Wintergreen (Organic) 10ml

This oil is indispensable for sports people as it has extensive healing properties, body-nourishing compounds and also supports healthy circulation. It is ideal as a tonic restorative for muscles following exercise to help specifically with muscle tension and tightness. It also has a distinct cleansing aroma that can be used in respiratory blends.

Blends well with: Peppermint, Eucalyptus Australiana, Basil and Cedarwood Atlas.

Muscle Relief
With anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties, Wintergreen assists natural recovery in sore muscles and joint pain. Add 10 drops to a bath, or 10 drops to massage oil and rub into the affected areas.

Tendons
Add 10 drops of Wintergreen to a compress or massage oil and apply to the affected area at least once a day, or add 10 drops of Wintergreen with 10 drops of Lavender True to the bath for a relaxing soak.

Lower Back
To support natural recovery from sciatic type pain and cramps add 10 drops of Wintergreen and 5 drops of Peppermint to a compress or massage oil and apply to the affected area, or add 10 drops to the bath, fortified with 10 drops of Lavender true, if desired.

Exercise Ease
Use 5-10 drops of Wintergreen in a bath at night after strenuous exercise to assist in the release of toxins and lactic acid that may have built up. Suitable for regular use by active people. (15 minutes is optimum bathtime, thereafter toxins released into bath water may be reabsorbed).

Safety: Safe if used as directed. Not suitable for use during pregnancy or on children under 12 years. If ingested, drink milk or water and seek advice. Avoid contact with eyes: flush with water. Keep out of reach of children.
