Add 2-3 drops of each blend (separately or a combination) to a diffuser to create a therapeutic space that supports healthy respiration and restful sleep.

Directions:

Diffusion: Add 10 drops to a diffuser effective in 10 minutes. Replenish as required.
Chest Rub: Mix 10 drops into Untouched Body Oil, Lotion or Cream and rub onto the chest.
Bath: Add 10 drops to 1/4cup of (any) milk and mix into bathwater. Therapeutic baths should not exceed 15 minutes.
Inhalation: Add 3-5 drops into hot water for steam inhalation. Breathe deeply (not recommended for asthmatics).
Rub 2-3 drops to the bottom of the feet before bedtime.
