X-ZONE Sports Muscle Rub is high-potency formulation to assist active Kiwis with muscle performance, support and recovery.
Containing 12 high-performance, active ingredients, including 5 New Zealand herbals (Harakeke, Kūmarahou, Kōwhai, Pukatea and Pūriri) for pre-exercise muscle warm up, post-exercise muscle recovery when muscles, ligaments and tendons come under stress. It eases muscles stiffness and tight ligaments/tendons prior to exercise, and assists recovery and rapidly relieves and repairs any sports injuries.

APPLICATION: Massage into muscle groups prior to exercise and afterwards to aid recovery, or whenever experiencing muscle soreness or injuries. Repeat as necessary. Warm skin to maximise efficacy.
SENSATION: Varies based on individual. Can be experienced as a cold or hot skin sensation, which intensifies when pores are open. e.g. following exercise, hot bath or shower.
INGREDIENTS: Arnica Essential Oil, Arnica Tincture, Camphor Essential Oil, Cayenne Tincture, Clove Essential Oil, Clove tincture, Cocoa Butter, Deionised water, Glycerine, Menthol, Spearmint Essential Oil, Witchhazel, 5 New Zealand herbals: Harakeke, Kūmarahou, Kōwhai, Pukatea and Pūriri and combined with First Light® Flower Essences of New Zealand.
