Directions

Adults and children over 6 months: Spray the affected area and allow to dry. Repeat if necessary until itching and swelling have eased. Or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Tincture equiv. dry:
Arnica montana flower 4.5mg
Arnica montana root 500mcg

Tincture equiv. fresh juice:
Urtica urens herb 475mg

In a water/ethanol base.
