Directions

Adults - Take one tablet a daily (with food), or as professionally prescribed.

Each tablet contains:

Selenomethionine 375mcg
- equiv. Selenium 150mcg

Contains tabletting aids.
NO ADDED: Gluten, lactose, nuts, shellfish, dairy, egg, fish, sesame seeds, soya beans. No artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.

Precautions

• This product contains Selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150mcg for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
