DOSAGE

1 dose equals 1 spray under the tongue.

Acute Anxiety/Panic Attack: 1 dose every 10 minutes for up to 3 doses over 30 minutes.
If symptoms settle after the 1st or 2nd dose, stop doses. Repeat as needed on relapse of symptoms

Anticipatory Anxiety: Take a dose when feeling nervous just before an event.
Then as required as per above directions.

General Anxiety/Stress: For ongoing daily anxiety – 4 to 6 doses over 24 hours.
If you feel generally better after several days of taking MyCalm, reduce daily dose.
