Thompson's Organic Magnesium tablets are suitable for individuals who may not have enough Magnesium in their diet, and those who seek a supplement for normal, healthy muscle relaxation and bone structure support

Directions

Adults – Take one or two tablets daily (between meals), or as professionally advised.

Each tablet contains:

Magnesium amino acid chelate 806mg
 - equiv. Magnesium 161mg
Magnesium aspartate dihydrate 100mg
 - equiv. Magnesium 7.5mg
Magnesium orotate 100mg 
 - equiv. Magnesium 6.4mg
Total Magnesium 175mg
Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) 30mg
Cholecalciferol 2.5mcg
 - equiv. Vitamin D3 100IU
Fucus vesiculosus (kelp) extract equiv to dry herb 25mg
 - equiv. Iodine 5mcg

NO ADDED: Gluten, lactose, dairy, egg,  nuts, shellfish, fish, sesame seed, artificial flavourings.
