REM Sleep contains 5-HTP, an amino acid used in the production of sleep hormones, which calm and relax the body for a normal sleep pattern. Magnesium supports muscle relaxation to support continuous sleep. Passion flower and skullcap help to calm and relax the body ready for sleep.

Directions

Adults: 2 capsules 15 to 30 minutes before bedtime. Repeat during the night if required.

Precautions

• Clinicians REM Sleep contains 5-HTP which should NOT be used alongside SSRI and MAOI anti-depressant medication.
• Individuals taking these medications should use Clinicians REM Sleep under the supervision of a health professional or should not exceed the recommended daily levels unless under direction of a health professional.
