DIRECTIONS
Shake well before use
For Sports/Exercise: Take 15-20 minutes before your workout for optimal performance.
Adults: Begin with 1-3 drops orally. For enhanced support, some may need higher or more frequent doses initially. Gradually increase to up to 5mls at a time, if required.
Children (5+ years): Start with a small "taste." If tolerated, move to 1 drop. To ease the flavor, mix 1 drop with a teaspoon of manuka honey or a tasty treat.
Can be used multiple times a day
For Sinus Rinses: You can add 1-3 drops into a WARM sinus rinse for added support. This is intense but the clearing is awesome.
