Organic Sage Tea 50g

Sage tea is made from the leaves of common sage plant known by the botanical name Salvia officinalis. This very fragrant, certified organic New Zealand grown, cut leaf herbal tea is caffeine free and contains high amounts of antioxidants.

Sage is known to reduce hot flashes and other symptoms of menopause; and can be beneficial for digestive health and supporting the immune system.

Directions

Pour boiling water into a teacup and add the sage leaves using a tea infuser or strainer.
Steep for 5 to 8 minutes. The longer the steeping time, the stronger the flavour.
It is normally consumed without milk or sugar, but can be sweetened with honey or lemon.

Store in an airtight container away from heat.
