Matakana Superfoods Horseradish Root Powder 200g

Horseradish root is a member of the cabbage family and is related to mustard and pure wasabi powder. The root contains the pungent oil that gives the powder its hot, spicy flavour.

How To Use

Mix 1 part powder with 2-3 parts water to make horseradish sauce. Add to uncooked sauces for a sharp spicy sauce. For a more subtle flavour, add to cooked sauces.
