DIRECTIONS
As a dietary supplement, take two scoops daily, dissolved into a glass of water or orange juice, preferably on an empty stomach for maximum absorption, (either half an hour before food or two hours after food).
Vitamin C is vital for collagen production; ideally this powder should be mixed with orange juice or taken with a Vitamin C supplement.
