DIRECTIONS
Shake well before use
Adults: Start with 3 drops orally to acquire taste. Can build up to 5mls at once if required.
Can be used multiple times a day
Children: Start with 1 drop orally and increase dose if required.
For Sports & Exercise: Use 15-20mins prior to working out & as needed.
For Sinus Rinses: You can add 1-3 drops into a WARM sinus rinse for added support. This is intense but the clearing is awesome.
