It helps regulate blood pressure in conjunction with sodium. It is important that potassium and sodium are in balance as any imbalances may impact on cardiovascular, bone and neuromuscular health.

Directions
Adults: Take 1/8 teaspoon with food. Take with at least 8 oz. of water or other beverage.
Can be taken 1 to 3 times daily in separate servings.
Do not exceed 3 servings per day.

Other Ingredients: 0.5% Magnesium Carbonate (as flow agent)
