DIRECTIONS
Take 3 x capsules daily with or without food.
Capsules can be taken altogether or spread out throughout the day, depending on when the support is most needed.
It is recommended to take MenoCalm alongside BePure One and BePure Three for optimal support.

Ashwagandha (withania somnifera) root 500mg
Black cohosh (cimicifuga racemosa) 4:1 extract root 100mg
Sage (salvia officinalis) 4:1 leaf extract 300mg
Choline (from Choline DL-bitartrate) 200mg
Chromium (Picolinate) 150mcg
Also contains: Vegetable capsule: (Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate.
PRECAUTIONS
- Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- Do not take with warfarin or other blood thinning medications.
- Not recommended if you have a known nightshade allergy as it contains Ashwagandha - a member of the nightshade family.
