Directions
Shake bottle vigorously prior to each dose. Swill before swallowing.
Adults over 12 years: Take 10mls two to three times daily.

Dietary Advice
Avoid - mucus-forming foods such as gluten, egg-white, chocolate, sugar, dairy, polyunsaturated oils, regular salt.
Adopt - gluten-free grain foods, whole foods (greens, fruits, nuts, seeds), unprocessed coconut oil, Celtic & NZ Sea Salt with kelp, oxygen-rich water.

Each 10ml dose contains:
Dried herbs: Siberian Ginseng Root 1,596mg, Withania Root 1,250mg, Licorice Root 375mg, Kelp Powder 50mg, Iodine 21.29mcg.
Essential oils: Rosemary Oil 0.002ml, Clove Bud Oil 0.002ml, Cinnamon Bark Oil 0.002ml, Lime Oil 0.002ml.
In a base of: Purified Water, Glycerine, Salt, Citric Acid, Irish Moss, Jojoba Oil.
