DIRECTIONS

Shake well before use.

Adults and children over 12 years: 5ml
Take two doses 30 minutes apart before bed.

Repeat if needed to a maximum of 5 doses in a 24 hour period.

Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) tinc. equiv. dry root 300mg
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) tinc. equiv. dry root 200mg
Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) tinc. equiv. dry flower 100mg
Hops (Humulus lupulus) tinc. equiv. dry strobile 100mg

Also contains non-palm vegetable glycerine, ethanol, and mandarin essential oil.
