A traditional herbal remedy containing Arnica for the sports bag and family first aid kit. Absorbs quickly and supports the body's healthy recovery from bruising, sprains and strains of muscles, joints and backs.

Use before and after sport for recovery from injuries and over-exertion.

Directions

Adults and Children: Apply to the affected area, 3 to 4 times daily in the acute stage and then twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Tincture, equiv. dry:
Arnica montana, flower 45mg
Arnica montana, root 5mg

Also contains: Ethanol
