Directions:

Diffusion: 5 drops, allow 20 minutes, replenish as required.
Inhalation: Put a few drops on pillow or collar. On a tissue for ages 3 up.
Bath: 5-10 drops mixed into 1 teaspoon milk and added to bath water for children aged 2+, 1-2 drops in milk added to bath from 6 months of age.
Massage: Blend 2-5 drops to 1 teaspoon of pure Sweet Almond Oil (organic) or Pure Unscented Body Cream & massage into spine at night.
