Lifestream Wheat Grass is grown outdoors in the New Zealand sunshine. The leaves from the young Wheat Grass plants are harvested at the peak of their potency and flash dried to ensure the highest level of nutrients. Wheat Grass is sourced from the nutritious shoots of the plant not the grain so does not contain gluten and can be used by people allergic/intolerant to gluten or wheat products.

Directions

Adults: 4 caps (2g) daily
Children 6-12 years: 2 caps (1g) daily

Take with water or fruit juice daily.

Non-organic capsule shell (hypromellose).
