Harker Herbals Liver Tonic is a Malcolm Harker original tonic of cleansing herbs to support the natural detoxification processes and healthy function of the liver.
A healthy liver converts toxins into waste products, cleanses the blood and metabolises nutrients from food for optimal use by the body. It also supports healthy energy levels and overall wellbeing.

Directions
Shake bottle vigorously prior to each dose. Swill for 10 seconds prior to swallowing.
Adults over 12 years: take 5-10mls three to four times daily. Take one hour before meals.
Nausea may occur as the liver dumps its toxins into bloodstream. Treat with rest, peppermint teas, fresh air and water. Abstinence from the elixir for 1 to 2 days will ease this natural purgatory feeling. Nausea in treatment will subside.
With all his tonics, Malcolm Harker also recommended using Intestinal Cleanse for 1-2 weeks to reduce parasite populations. By reducing the load on the body of parasites, the body is able to use nutrients from food and the active ingredients in his tonics more efficiently.
Dietary Advice
Avoid - mucus-forming foods such as gluten, egg-white, chocolate, sugar, dairy, polyunsaturated oils, regular salt.
Adopt - gluten-free grain foods, whole foods (greens, fruits, nuts, seeds), unprocessed coconut oil, 1022 Celtic & NZ Sea Salt with kelp, oxygen-rich water.

Dried herbs: Black Cohosh Root, Wormwood, Vervain, Yellow Dock Root, Turkey Rhubarb Root and Chamomile Flower 111.11mg each, Kumarahou Flower 13.89mg, Cayenne Pepper Fruit, Kelp and Ginger Root 11.11mg, Licorice Root 5.21mg.
Essential oils: Aniseed, Fennel, Clove Bud, Coriander, Lemon, Lime and Cajeput 0.001mg plus Iodine 0.83mcg.
In a base of: Vegetable Glycerine, Irish Moss, Jojoba Oil, Celtic Sea Salt, Citric Acid and Water.
