Allulose is a naturally occurring sugar which tastes and looks similar to regular table sugar (about 70% as sweet to taste) but has close to zero calories.

How To Use

Allulose can be used in baking and as a tabletop sweetener. It can be used independently or in combination with other types of sugar.

Caution: Allulose has no effect on blood sugar levels, so is not suitable for type 1 diabetics with a sugar requirement.
Doses exceeding 10g per serve may have a laxative effect for some individuals.
