Extracted from the white flesh of fresh ripe coconuts, coconut cream includes the oil and aromatic compounds. The process is done without the use of chemicals.
Essentially, coconut cream benefits your health with its rich lauric acid content (the same type of saturated fat found in human breast milk) and medium-chain fatty acid (MCFA). Lauric acid converts to monolaurin in the body, which help fight bacteria, yeast and so called enveloped viruses. MCFA, in contrast to the long-chain fatty acid found in animal fat, gets converted into energy the moment your body absorbs it and have been shown to promote weight maintenance without raising cholesterol levels.
Ideal for use in Indian and Oriental dishes like curries, soups, sauces, desserts, salads or beverages. Great for baking cakes, biscuits and for making ice cream. Makes refreshing shakes and smoothies.

STORAGE
Shake well before using. Product may solidify in cool temperature but will melt when warmed. This has no effect on flavour or quality.
Once opened, put unused product in a non-metallic container and refrigerate. Use within two days.
