A tasty mix of sprouting seeds to energise the body and stimulate the digestive system.
Seeds included in this blend are dependent on availability but currently include Alfalfa, Dill, Cress, Red Clover and Rocket.

TIP: Take particular care with Rocket as both are mucilaginous seeds, be sure to rinse and drain well in the first few days of germinating.
