Good Morning Cereals Organic Spelt Puffs contain only the natural grain with nothing else added. These light puffs are made by applying heat and pressure to the whole grain so that it pops. Spelt is an ancient grain high in protein, fibre and B Vitamins with a delicious nutty flavour. It does contain gluten and so is unsuitable for a coeliac diet. However, many consumers prefer Spelt to the traditional wheat products.
