Red Bush or Rooibos Tea is produced from the native South African Aspalathus linearis shrub. Naturally caffeine free, with a delightful full bodied flavour, you can drink it any time of the day!

DIRECTIONS

Serving size: 1 teaspoon (2.5g) per cup
Water temperature: 100°C
Steeping time: 2 - 10 minutes. The longer the steeping time, the stronger the tea.
* Steeping time may vary depending on personal taste.

Strain and add honey to sweeten if desired.
