Organic Green Tea 250g

Chinese Organically Certified Green Tea is grown without artificial fertilisers or pesticides on the hillsides of China. This organic green tea is pure green tea (Camelia Sinensis), free from any additives, chemicals or preservatives and tastes great. One of The Health Shop's customer faves!

Directions

Use 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon per cup and the purest boiled water you can.
Ideally green tea is made with 85°C water rather than boiling.
It is normally consumed without milk or sugar.

Can be iced or mixed in cocktails or smoothies.

Experiment by making with different temperatures 70°C to 90°C and brewing times (longer for lower temperatures) to explore the range of strength and flavours possible. Enjoy!

Store in an airtight container away from heat.
