Bakels Instant Active Dried Yeast 500g
It is an instant active dry baker’s yeast suitable for high sugar dough. Its fermentation power is identical to that of fresh yeast, yet it weighs 3 to 4 times less. In addition to its high fermentation power, it features all the advantages of dehydrated product: long shelf life, easy storage, stability and reliability.
HOW TO USE
Use this instant active yeast as you would use your dried supermarket yeast - about 7-8g per 500g flour.
One Tea-spoon is approximately 3 grams. We suggest that you use about 15 grams of our Instant Yeast per 1 kg of flour (so 5 teaspoons) or 7.5 grams (1.5 teaspoons) per 500g flour.
No need to dissolver in water, add to dry ingredients & mix thoroughly. Then add the liquids & mix.
