Take 1 x capsule daily, ideally away from food.

Amount per serve:

Iron as iron biglycinate 24mg
Vitamin C as ascorbic acid 500mg
Vit B9 (as Folinic acid) 300mcg
Vit B12 (as Adenosylcobalamin) 50mcg
Vit B6 (as Pyridoxine-5-phosphate) 12.5mg

Also contains: Microcrystaline Cellulose (MCC), Hypromellose (capsule),Silicon dioxide, Magnesium stearate.

PRECAUTIONS

• Iron Restore cannot be combined with Mum's One which also contains iron biglycinate.
• Take 2 hours before, or 4 hours after, medication including the OCP and antibiotics.
• Not recommended for those at risk of high iron levels. We recommend getting a ferritin test with your local doctor to measure your iron levels before taking an iron supplement.
